The Diversity Visionary Award categories have expanded to recognize multiple employers -- small and large -- who are making organizational strides in diversity and inclusion. The award criteria measures achievement in five categories: Leadership Commitment, Diverse Talent, Internal Processes, Diverse Supply Chain, and Community Engagement. Applicants that score in the top three tiers will receive a Diversity Visionary Award designation and will be celebrated at the Summit.
